Returns Policy

All items will be checked prior to dispatch but if you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, please just contact me, either by email (lisa@realnappyshop.co.uk) or phone (01603 700002). If you need to return an item to us please make sure that you inlude your name and address and also ensure that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the post office, as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post. Non-faulty items

If you change your mind about any item that you have received, then you can return it for a refund provided that:

·          It is returned within 14 days of you receiving it

·          It is in an unopened, unused and resaleable condition

You will be refunded as soon as we receive the item back, provided it meets the above conditions. Unfortunately we are not able to refund either the postage or return postage cost.

Faulty Items

All orders will be carefully checked before being dispatched, but if you do receive an item that is faulty, please get in touch straight away. Provided that the item is faulty and you return it within 30 days, you will receive a full refund. Please make sure that you contact me before returning any items.
