Postage and Packaging
UK Mainland Postage and Packaging Costs:
Orders up to £9.99 = £2.00
£10.00 to £24.99 = £3.00
£25.00 to £49.99 = £3.95
Orders over £50 = FREE
We are based in Norwich and more than happy for you to collect your items to save on postage if you live locally.
We are an environmentally friendly business, and therefore, wherever possible we will re-use packaging.
International Costs:
We are happy to ship internationally, but please email me first to find out the Postage and Packaging rates. You can then either process your order online and I will send a separate invoice by email for Postage and Packaging, or we can just process the whole order by email.
Dispatch of orders
Once your order has been processed, you will then receive an email to let you know when it has been dispatched. Most items will be dispatched within 1 working day, but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your items. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail. If you need your order urgently, please just email me.
We hold good stock levels of most of the items and will always mark an item to let you know if it is out of stock, but sometimes you may order more than we have available or before I have a change to mark it as out of stock. If this happens, I will contact you by email to advise an estimated delivery date and to make sure that you are happy to wait. If not, I will refund the out of stock item immediately and dispatch the rest of your order.

Payment
Payments are processed through the paypal secure checkout which accepts most debit and credit cards and you do not need to have a Paypal account. None of your financial details are seen by or kept by Real Nappy Shop.
Alternative ways to order
If you would prefer not to place your order online, then I am more than happy to accept orders by email (lisa@realnappyshop.co.uk) or by phone (01603 700002). Just let me know what you would like to order and I will put it together and let you know the total. You can then send payment by either, Cheque, Postal Order or Bank Transfer
Royal Mail
If you have not received your order 10 working days after you have been notified that it has been dispatched, please contact me. Royal Mail will not accept claims any sooner than 10 working days, so until that time we are not able to send replacements / issue a refund.
